British Friendship Committee at the Shoura Council, are scheduled to start an official visit to the United Kingdom on Tuesday. The delegation includes Dr. Ibrahim Bin Abdul Aziz Al-Shedi, Dr. Saad Bin Muhammad Mareq, Dr. Abdullah Bin Zain Al-Ottabi, Dr. Ali Bin Abdullah Al-Ghamdi, Dr. Awad Bin Banai Al-Radadi and Dr. Mohsen Bin Ali Al-Hazmi. Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Yammi is the chairman of the committee. Al-Yammi said the visit is to strengthen ties between the British parliament and the Shoura Council and to develop bilateral relations between the two countries. He said the Shoura delegation will meet with senior British officials at the House of Commons and House of Lords. In addition, discussions will take place at the House of Commons on streamlining relations between the Saudi and British committees.
