TABARJAL: Thirteen Syrians were killed in a collision between the bus they were traveling on and a truck on the Samha to Al-Nabbaj road in the Northern Border Province Thursday. Emergency services were called to the scene and 13 ambulances from the Red Crescent in Sakaka and other towns helped transport the victims to Tabarjal General Hospital. A security source said the bus was on its way from Syria with a passenger count of 28 when a truck crossed into its lane without warning. The driver was unable to avoid a collision, leading to his and his assistant driver's death along with 11 others. 16 people were injured, among them the driver of the truck. A senior official from the town of Tabarjal said the Emir of Al-Jouf ordered authorities to provide all help and assistance necessary to victims and their families in response to the accident.
