Faisal, Emir of Makkah, is opening today Saturday the Jeddah International Exhibition of Real Estate, Financing and Housing at the Jeddah International Forums Center. The five-day event organized by the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry's Real Estate Committee and the Mayor's Office will see over 80 investors and three local banks take part along with individual real estate and housing specialists. Analysts say that the Kingdom has a need for 4.5 million housing units by the year 2020 and that annual financing is estimated at SR117 billion to make use of the 110 million square meters of land suitable for investment.
