Two hundred shops and two eating joints have been ordered closed for violating security and health regulations. Besides many of the closed shops did not meet the Saudization requirements, a senior official was quoted by Okaz as saying. In Asir, joint teams from Labor Office, Passports Department, police, Preventive Security and Asir Mayoralty carried out an inspection tour of the shops to ensure implementation of the Saudization regulation. As a result, a large number of shops were closed down. The mayoralty in Madina shut two restaurants for violating health requirements, Engineer Mohammed Slaihim, Director of Markets, said. The two eateries were fined SR15,000 each, for employing workers without health certificates. __
