DAMMAM: Government agencies are working to ensure that there is no duplication of payments – to unemployed citizens and at the same time to those who are employed and already receiving money from the Human Resources Fund. Sources told Okaz/Saudi Gazette that the authorities concerned are working with the ministries of Labor and Civil Services, the Social Insurance Organization, General Pension Organization and the private sector to ensure this does not happen. The database for jobseekers, and those who are already working, will be provided by the Ministry of Labor. It is expected to help avoid payments to those who do not qualify. They said the benefits will not cover those who are getting low salaries in the government and private sector.
