JEDDAH: The Kingdom can expect unstable weather next week, said a meteorological report issued by King Abdul Aziz University in Jeddah Wednesday. Dr. Mansour Al-Mazrui, Head of the Meteorology Department and Supervisor of the Climate Change Center at King Abdul Aziz University, said scattered thunder showers are expected to fall over several parts of the Kingdom including the northern, central and eastern regions in addition to the south-west heights. He said it is expected that light to medium rain will fall over the coastal areas of Makkah and Jeddah in the middle of next week. Al-Mazrui urged citizens and expatriates to follow the weather reports and the warnings issued by the Presidency of Meteorology and Environment Protection.
