JEDDAH: Indian rock star Toshi Sabri's spirits are high as he continues to recuperate from his serious car accident two months ago. He has already sung a promotional song for the Akshay Kumar film “Haule Haule Ho Jaye Ga Pyar”. After a severe leg fracture, Toshi has made a quick comeback to music and shares his motivation to get back to jamming on the road. “Those were emotional moments: I was performing and my fans were crying tears of happiness. They were crazily kissing my hands. I'll love to go on stage for them even if I have to crawl,” Toshi wrote in reply to a text message to Saudi Gazette after his upcoming concert was announced on Facebook. “ I am in Ahmedabad – it's first performance after my accident,” he added. His Facebook ‘wall' then overflowed with countless posts offering the blessings of his fans. “I am honored to host your comeback show,” read a message by Shona Siddhant Rajput, a show anchor. The event was organized by Bharat late Sunday night. His younger brother Sharib Sabri, a singer and composer, also performed with him in Ahmedabad. “We both wept on the stage when we found discovered the deep love of our fans. My brother is a real fighter and a hero. When he sang ‘Mahi', the crowd hailed him, hands down. Fans saluted him as he sang nonstop for two hours, on one leg,” he wrote. Toshi and Sharib – the brotherly duo who have taken Bollywood by storm with a number of ‘hit' tracks – are dynamic stage performers and set any given stage on fire with their rocking performances. Apart from a behind-the-scenes song called ‘Thanks to God' based on Toshi's accident and consequent suffering, their upcoming movies, including “Will you marry me?” “Shunya”, “Haunted” and “Haule Haule Ho Jaye Ga Pyar” offer a diverse range of amazing songs. “I am coping with the dates' pressure. The event organizers and fans from almost every city as well as from abroad, want to see their favorite Bollywood duo Toshi and Sharib rocking on the stage,” said Prashant Kumar, Toshi's manager, who was also injured in that accident and suffered a broken leg. “No one can match Toshi's performance.”
