Birr Society in Jeddah has given children of families affected by the recent floods stationery and school uniforms. This is part of the charity's efforts to help the victims of last month's disaster. Engineer Mazen Bin Muhammad Batarjee, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the society, said the assistance includes school bags filled with stationery and full school requirements such as pens, pencils, notebooks, sportswear, shoes, school uniforms for boys and girls and sewing, knitting and tailoring kits for girls.
