Prince Mit'eb Bin Abdul Aziz, Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs, has approved regulation for training workers in food outlets and public health. The measure stipulates that establishments dealing with foodstuffs and public health should train their workers on hygiene and other aspects once training centers become functional. The regulation will come into force in five mayoralties including Riyadh, Makkah, Madina, Jeddah governorate and the Eastern Province. The proposed training centers will be evaluated three years after they become functional. This evaluation would help in eliminating all the negative aspects. The regulation will be gradually implemented in all mayoralties, officials said. – Okaz __
