(Courtesy photo)JEDDAH: ALJ Community Initiatives (ALJCI) has provided a fleet of vehicles to the volunteer workers at the Jeddah Center for Forums and Events for transporting food to flood victims. Ibrahim Mohammed Badawood, ALJCI's chief executive officer, said that, in coordination with the management of the Volunteer Center, ALJCI has provided 13 Hilux vehicles, which will be delivered to national associations and establishments to transport food to residents in flood-affected areas. Badawood added that ALJCI is supporting field teams by providing special equipment for cleaning roads and pumping away accumulated water. He said that ALJCI is continuously seeking to cooperate with other major charity associations and foundations, and young male and female volunteers in Jeddah.
