Beladi International School and PISJ-Aziziyah beat DPS Al-Falah and IISJ, respectively, to set up Under-14 Inter-School Cricket Tournament final. The first semifinal saw Pakistan International School Jeddah - Aziziah beat International Indian School Jeddah by six wickets in the event organized by Western Province Cricket Association, under the sponsorship of Saudi Cricket Center. Opting to bat first IISJ could score only 103 runs for the loss of nine wickets in 16 overs. Its batting looked helpless against some lethal bowling by Mudassir (4-16) and Mohammed Ali (2-21). Hamza and Salman picked up a wicket each to complete the rout. Mohammed Maniyar scored 35 off 25 balls and Mubeen hit 19 to give some respectability to the IISJ total after it was reduced to 50-8. PISJ-Aziziyah in reply was home (105 runs) in 12.5 overs for the loss of four wickets thus winning the match by six wickets. Hamza remained unbeaten on 41 off 32 balls with Mudassir making 20, Saqlain 16 and Mohammed Ali 11. Zeeshan, Maniyar and Talha took a wicket each for IISJ. The other semifinal saw Al-Beladi International School beat DPS Al-Falah by 25 runs. Batting first Al-Beladi made 142-6 as Saim hit 40 off 32 deliveries, Abdul Rehman 33 and Zeeshan chipped in with 25. Normid took 2-8, Ahmed 2-11, while Uzair and Aiman bagged a wicket each for DPS Al-Falah. DPS Al-Falah International School in reply was bundled out for 117. Aiman scored 35 runs off 22 balls, while Fawad added 15 and Fawaz Kidwai 10. Subhani took 2-14, Abdul Rehman 2-27 while Hussain and Abdullah grabbed a wicket each to help Al-Beladi win the game and advance to the final. __
