JEDDAH: Aalami Urdu Markaz, a literary organization base in Jeddah, will hold a function Thursday at the Pakistan International School (Aziziyya District) in memory of the founding father of Pakistan Muhammad Ali Jinnah and the great philosopher-poet Allama Muhammad Iqbal. Abdul Salik Khan, the Consul General of Pakistan, will preside over the function. Schoolchildren will also be encouraged to pay tributes to their two most revered leaders on the occasion,” Athar Abbasi, President of the literary society, said.
