Hekma College invites the public for a cultural festival titled “Around the World in 80 Minutes,” dedicated to the promotion of global cross cultural integration. The two-day event to be held under the auspices of Princess Saitah Bint Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, starts Wednesday and will feature the culture of 15 countries. “The festival will be an opportunity to emphasize our support to our Palestinian brothers in their suffering, and to remind them of our support for them until they achieve victory and retrieve their land and dignity,” said Suhair Hassan Al-Qurashi, the dean of the college. At the festival, college students will be performing folklore of more than 15 countries; including Palestine, Algeria, Brazil, Bangladesh, Eritrea, South Africa, India, Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. The festival will consist of two parts; the first an exhibition of booths of the consulates and embassies of the Philippines, China, Morocco, Bangladesh and Palestine, projecting their culture, traditional cuisine. The second part of the festival includes a show about Palestinian folklore. Al-Qurashi said the documentary film about Palestine, produced by a student will be showcased at the festival. Juffali Automotive Company and the National Commercial Bank are co
