RIYADH: Adil Faqih, Minister of Labor, met at his office Saturday with the Deputy Minister of Education for Boys' Education Affairs Abdul Rahman Al-Barrak, the director general of the Human Resources Development Fund Ahmad Al-Zamil, and the chairman of the National Committee for Private Education and Training of the Saudi Chambers of Commerce Yousuf Al-Shafi. The meeting, at which a number of investors in private education were also present, discussed registered observations on agreements made by the Human Resources Development Fund for private schools, and looked at difficulties facing investors in private education. Al-Zamil said that the Human Resources Development Fund had entered into 838 agreements in various parts of the Kingdom and added that the Fund was also studying with the support of the minister a new mechanism which is expected to be announced in the near future.
