JEDDAH: Senior Alliance defeated Hyderabad Royals to win the Malik Champion Trophy Cricket Tournament which was organized by Indian (Hyderabadi) community under the aegis of Jeddah Premier League recently. The championship was sponsored by Khind. The proceeds from this tourneament will be donated to poor families for marriage purpose. Khind also awarded gifts and prizes for spectators, best batsman, best bowler, man of the series, best captain, best team and man of the match for final. Special award winners: Man of the Series – Sir Athar of Alliance 230 runs and 9 wickets. Best batsman – Saleem of Senior Alliance 330 runs. Best bowler – Himayat of Warangal.
