OWAYGILIAH: Qatari hunters have found the body of an expatriate who was reported missing seven months ago. They found the decomposed body in the desert area between the villages of Zahwah and Bi'aijan south of Al-Owaygiliah Municipality Friday and proceeded to transport the body to the Al-Owaygiliah General Hospital. The spokesperson for Northern Border Region Police said that the criminal evidence department in Al-Owaygiliah conducted an investigation. “An autopsy by the medical examiner indicated that the body belongs to a Sudanese national who worked as shepherd. “The custodian of the man reported his absence to the authorities seven months ago.” The spokesperson confirmed that the man died naturally. Meanwhile, the hospital administrator Ata-Allah Al-Dookhi said that police is holding the body in the hospital morgue until necessary procedures are concluded.
