RIYADH: The Riyadh Cricket Association kicked off the BSF Cup 40-over and T20 Championship, the second tournament of the 2010-2011 season. The tournament is sponsored by BSF. The 40-over event is the biggest tournament of RCA where the matches will be played at 10 grounds of RCA. There are 40 teams participating. Tournament will be played on 40 and 20 overs format. RCA has divided the teams into three divisions as Super League, Premier League and Amateur League. The teams for BSF Super cup playing 40-over format are divided into two groups of 5 teams each. The teams in Group A are Pak Shaheen, Friends, AyounAlBadr, Lahore Lions, Shuraim. Group B has Al-Eid, Sialkot, KFSH-Blue, Mehran and Amir Holidays. BSF Premier Cup will be played on T20 format. The 20 teams which are participating in this cup are divided into 4 groups of 5 teamseach. Group A: Kinght Riders, Al-Hamra, Pak Fighters, Dezine2Day, AyounAlBadr-Green. Group B: BSF, Super, KFSH-Green, Thales and Riyadh Fighters. Group C: Gujranwala, Cricket Samarwa, Saham, National and BlackCaps. Group D: Lahore Badshah, Game Pro, Fuchs, CKK and Stallions. BSF Amateur Cup is also played on T20 format with 10 teams. The teams are divided into two groups of 5 each. Group A: Attiah Steel, Balwal, Kokan Green, Riyadh Sports Club, Ar Neon. Group B: Kashmir Press, Kashmir XI, Tigers, Cricketers and Target. The championships are scheduled to be completed by Jan. 28 and the prize distribution will be held at the ground. About 750 players have registered to play in this major tournament of BSF and they have been issued ID cards. __
