MADINA: The Expatriates' Committee in Madina has issued 80 decisions against persons accused of transporting pilgrims without permits last Haj. The decisions included impounding 43 cars and SR10,000 fines to be paid by drivers for each illegal passenger. A total of 20 drivers are still to be investigated within the next few days. The punishments will be submitted to the Bureau of Investigation and Prosecution, which will approach the Administrative Court for implementation.
