RIYADH: Pakistani, Indian and Filipino nationals are now permitted to work as pharmacists in private pharmacies in the Kingdom following approval from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCHS). The SCHS said the move has been allowed for Pakistanis, Indians and Filipinos with four-year bachelor's degrees from educational bodies recognized by WHO, a minimum of three year's post-graduation experience, and permits to practice in their home countries. They must also have passed the SCHS examination.
