NEW YORK: Amare Stoudemire's apparent winning 3-pointer on the buzzer was ruled out by a video replay, giving the Boston Celtics a 118-116 win over the New York Knicks Wednesday - their 11th straight NBA win. Paul Pierce made a tiebreaking jumper with 0.4 seconds left to put Boston ahead, but Stoudemire's long shot appeared to have given New York a dramatic win, and an eighth straight victory. However a video replay showed the ball was clearly still in Stoudemire's hands as time expired. Pierce scored 32 points for the Celtics, who trailed most of the fourth quarter before running their record to 20-4, best in the Eastern Conference. Stoudemire had 39 points, extending his franchise-record streak to nine straight 30-point games. Ray Allen scored 26 points and Kevin Garnett had 20 points and 13 rebounds for the Celtics. Mavericks 103, Trail Blazers 98: In Dallas, Caron Butler matched his season high with 23 points as Dallas got back on track with a victory over Portland. Dirk Nowitzki scored 12 of his 21 in the fourth quarter for the Mavericks, whose 12-game winning streak was snapped by Milwaukee Monday. Dallas-area native LaMarcus Aldridge scored 20 of his season-high 35 points in the fourth quarter for the Blazers, who lost their third in a row. Portland rallied from a 17-point third-quarter deficit, tying it at 93-93 with 2:07 left. But Nowitzki hit a 6-footer with 1:49 remaining to give Dallas the lead for good. Spurs 92, Bucks 90: In San Antonio, Manu Ginobili hit a fallaway jumper as time expired, lifting San Antonio over Milwaukee. Ginobili scored the last of his 26 points on a 17-footer over the outstretched arm of Luc Mbah a Moute, who missed a shot that would have given the Bucks the lead seconds earlier. The Spurs improved their NBA-best record to 21-3 and stayed unbeaten against Eastern Conference teams. They also wrapped up a 6-0 homestand. Ginobili scored the final six points for the Spurs. Tim Duncan finished with 13 points and a season-high seven blocks. Chris Douglas-Roberts had 21 points for the Bucks. Lakers 109, Pacers 94: In Indianapolis, Kobe Bryant scored 25 of his 31 points in the second half to help Los Angeles beat Indiana. Pau Gasol scored 28 points for the Lakers, who never trailed. The Lakers shot 51 percent against the Pacers, who entered with the NBA's No. 2 field-goal percentage defense. Los Angeles outrebounded Indiana 51-29 to win for the sixth time in seven games. Darren Collison scored 17 points for the Pacers, who have lost three straight. Thunder 117, Rockets 105: In Oklahoma City, Kevin Durant scored 32 points as Oklahoma City beat Houston for its fourth straight win. Durant was on the bench with four fouls late in the third quarter when the Thunder scored eight straight points to take control of the game. James Harden tacked on a 3-pointer to open the fourth and push Oklahoma City's lead to 90-76, and the Rockets were never closer than a dozen points after that. Thabo Sefolosha added a season-high 15 points and nine rebounds for the Thunder. Kevin Martin scored 22 points for Houston.
