RIYADH: Members of the Shoura Council met Wednesday with Saudi students on scholarships in Canada to discuss difficulties they face in that country. Members of a Shoura Council's Saudi-Canadian Parliamentary Friendship Committee delegation, headed by Dr. Tareq Bin Ali Fad'aq, Vice Chairman of the Committee, met the students in the presence of Osama Bin Ahmad Al-Sanousi, Saudi Ambassador to Canada, and Dr. Faisal Abal-Khail, the Cultural Attaché at the embassy. The delegation was briefed on the most significant obstacles facing Saudi students at Canadian universities, and reviewed the outcomes of the field statistical research conducted on the subject by Dr. Omar Al-Attas, president of the Saudi Students Club in Canada. The students were then given the opportunity to express their opinions and suggestions.
