ARREETH: Heavy rain Monday on the heights of Arreeth governorate in Jizan Province, caused rockslides on the Jabal Al-Qahar Road which blocked the way to Al-Qahar village – preventing residents from reaching their homes. Roads to other villages in the region were also cut off for several hours. The municipality's vehicles and equipment were used to remove the rocks and open the road after several hours. Rain and thunderstorms caused a seven-hour blackout and most roads in Arreeth were flooded.
