RIYADH: Abdul Latif Jameel (ALJ) Vice-President Faisal Abdalla launched the largest ever Toyota (Everyday Joy) display at the Riyadh International Motor Show 2010. The new showcase, which features indoor and outdoor displays, as well as a test track, was designed by international companies specialized in organizing and designing global motor exhibitions. Toyota captured customers' hearts and minds by displaying its full range of 2011 model year vehicles including latest fashion accessories to suit local styles. The products ranged from family cars, youth products, as well as SUVs and commercial vehicles. The company unveiled safety features through a smart display technology. In addition to showing the award winning global products, ALJ continued to connect with local youth by engaging them in socially and culturally relevant entertainment and arts activities. The company devoted a special part of the showcase for Toyota Racing programs and Toyota Racing cars, unveiling the main achievements of Abdul Latif Jameel Company during the past 10 years in motorsport competitions inside and outside the Kingdom. The display also housed the Yaris Club, which included many competitive events for Yaris members. Many RIMS visitors were also thrilled by Yaris PlayStation championship game, while others chose to relax at the Toyota Café, giving the showcase a youthful and social character.
