NAJRAN: A Saudi national has relinquished his private right over another fellow citizen who ran over and killed his 7-year-old son to honor the recent successful back surgery in the US on King Abdullah, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques. Hamad Bin Ali Al-Muhamidh said he could not describe his happiness on the occasion of the King's recovery as it has brought joy to young and old. “King Abdullah has entered our hearts and won our great love for him. He is a great leader who has spared no effort to serve the nation and people. We will not hesitate to sacrifice our lives for the leader.” Al-Muhamidh announced before officials he would give up the private right over the man who ran over his son and caused his death. “Despite the great calamity of losing my son, I relinquish my private right seeking reward from Allah Almighty. I pray to Allah to protect the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and grant him a long life to serve Islam and Muslims.” Al-Muhamidh's son was struck and killed by the school bus as he had just alighted from it.
