year-old boy died after being hit by a stray bullet fired in celebration in the town of Al-Haqu, police have said. A police spokesman said that locals in the town 40km to the north of Jizan were celebrating the return of a pilgrim from Haj when the bullet lodged in the boy's chest, killing him at the scene. “The person who fired the weapon turned himself in to the authorities straight away,” the spokesman said.
