JEDDAH: Thousands of government staff are benefiting from a free Internet service provided by the telecommunications company Mobily. The company is the strategic sponsor of the Haj awareness campaign entitled “Haj is Worship and Civilized Behavior”. Prior to this year's Haj, Mobily was engaged in covering the holy sites with a fast Internet network, inaugurated by Prince Khaled Al-Faisal, Emir of Makkah. Mobily has offered this free service to help government workers in their service of the Guests of Allah. Hamoud Al-Ghabaini, Mobily's Deputy Executive President for Communication and Public Relations, who is working with Mobily teams at the holy sites, stressed that every effort is being made to provide the best services. Mobily has provided a bundle of specialized services to pilgrims coming from abroad, including a local number and an affordable chip. It has also handed out gifts to many pilgrims on their arrival at the holy sites.
