KINGSTON, Jamaica: Jamaican track coach Stephen Francis has been reprimanded over the positive drug test that resulted in a six-month ban for champion sprinter Shelly Ann Fraser. The Jamaica Amateur Athletic Association says Francis apologized for what it called his “dereliction” in the incident. The sports body said that besides the “strong reprimand,” Francis was warned about stronger sanctions for any future violations.
