JEDDAH: The Administrative Court in the Board of Grievances is looking into a lawsuit filed by a Saudi man against the Traffic Department in Riyadh after he claimed that a malfunctioning signal caused him to have a traffic accident, sources said. Judicial sources said Wednesday that the court would look into the case next month after hearing from the two parties in the dispute. The plaintiff is demanding a compensation of SR20,000 for the damage he suffered. The Traffic Department admitted that the damage was caused by the malfunctioning signal, sources said.
