French team is currently studying archeological inscriptions on rocks in the Najran region. Prince Meshal Bin Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz, the Emir of Najran, recently met with the team. The Emir stressed the importance of the area's antiquities and old sites that are considered the most significant in the Kingdom, especially relics in the old Okdood city and Hama wells. Saleh Aal Mureeh, Executive Director of Tourism and Antiquities in Najran, said the Saudi Commission for Tourism and Antiquities is making huge strides at archeological sites in the region.
