JEDDAH: TNT Express Saudi Arabia announced Saturday that its customers can now benefit from TNT's “Worldshop” US mailbox service, which allows them to ship their Internet orders of items, such as books, clothes, or electronic goods directly to Saudi Arabia. “Worldshop” is an online shipping delivery service which provides clients with a personal mailing address in the US upon registering, allowing them to shop online and to have the items sent to their US mailbox. TNT SAB Express then makes sure that all packages and correspondence in the user's US mailbox are shipped to Saudi Arabia, as per the customer's requirement. “The launch of this latest service complements our ongoing commitment to identify customer requirements and provide solutions that optimally address them and also add value. Meeting and exceeding customer expectations remain at the core of our strategy, as evidenced by our efforts to constantly introduce innovative and customer-centric services,” said Nael Attiyat, Sales and Marketing Director, TNT SAB Express Saudi Arabia. TNT “Worldshop” allows customers to purchase goods from outlets that do not ship directly to KSA, while also offering clients convenience and affordability backed by the reliability and efficiency of TNT. The latter also offers personal “Worldshop” account numbers at its fulfillment centers in the US for a one-lifetime set-up fee. “With the Worldshop service, customers no longer have to be concerned if their favorite online shopping site does not offer shipping to KSA or charges high shipping costs. Moreover, the service facilitates online tracking of all shipments,” Attiyat added.
