THAT terrorism is a global issue of concern to every country in the world and not just one or two specific societies shows the need to confront it and fight its ideology with both intellectually and temporally far reaching strategies. The Kingdom has done that through its outstanding efforts to confront and combat terrorism, earning it the respect of the world. Prince Naif Bin Abdul Aziz, Second Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, in his reiteration that security is currently the chief concern of every country in the world, and that the Middle East and Asia are being targeted by terrorists, reminds anew of the danger of terrorism which the Kingdom has repeatedly warned of due to the existence of inciters to terrorism, financiers, and operatives to carry out terrorist acts and who target the Kingdom and nations of the Muslim World and affront Islam. Prince Naif's call for a global gathering on combating terrorism is an urgent requirement, expressing a definite will to tackle the roots of terrorism, particularly for the countries that have been affected by it most. It is a call to drain the sources of terrorism and put an end to all those who promote it. __
