Moukhtar Fallata scored the lone goal of the game to lift Al-Wehdah over host Al-Nasr in a Zain Saudi Professional League match in Riyadh Tuesday. The night also saw the conclusion of the seventh round of the league where there were no changes in the standings. A goalless first half gave the guests confidence to launch serious attacks. The goal came in the 70th minute when an advancing Fallata received a long pass from midfielder Thunayan Al-Mattrafi and with a single touch put it into the left corner of Nasr goalkeeper Abdullah Al-Enezi. Nasr started to look for an equalizer, but it was not to be since Wehdah defense and its goalkeeper, Assaf Al-Qarni, stood like a wall. Fallata, however, could have added another goal a minute into the five-minute injury time but was denied by Enezi. Nasr missed its striker Mohammed Al-Sahlawi, who left the field seven minutes into the game with an ankle injury after a contact with Wehdah defender Suleiman Ameedo. Nasr fans showed their anger by giving thumbs down to the team's coach Walter Zenga. Despite the win Wehdah remained ninth on the standings with six points. Nasr remained fourth on 12 points. Elsewhere, Al-Ta'awon kept on showing good results when the new-comer to the league succeeded in sharing points with its dying-to-win host Al-Ahli. The two teams drew 1-1 at Prince Abdullah Al-Faisal Stadium. Ahli midfielder Abdurraheem Al-Jaizawi put the host team in the lead in the 70th minute. Macedonian striker Mansour Kurtisi, however, put Ta'awon level 12 minutes later. The draw will irritate Ahli fans who have now seen their team lose four straight games. Ahli is 13th on the standings with four points, while Ta'awon sits in the 7th spot with eight points. The third encounter of the night saw Al-Qadisiyah share four goals with its guest Al-Faisali at Prince Saud Bin Jalawi Sports City Stadium.
