A deliberate hit-and-run driver was arrested on Monday over a traffic collision earlier this month that led to the death of one person and injury to two others. An Al-Jouf Police spokesman said that the arrested man was suspected of deliberately hitting another vehicle, which turned over and caused injury to all the passengers, one of whom later died after being admitted to hospital.
