A high speed chase through the streets of central Jeddah in the early hours of Sunday led to one arrest and the seizure of 180,000 Captagon pills. Police said that a man, believed to be in his forties, had been observed by officers unloading bags and containers from his vehicle, and when he noticed their presence took flight in his car. Officials blocked off exits from the area and eventually cornered the suspect, who is being held for investigation.
