President Benigno Aquino III went to California Sunday to meet potential investors and tour the facility of an energy-solution company owned by Ayala Corp., a Malacanang palace official said. Aquino and his entourage were expected to have lunch at an Ayala-owned mall and address the Philippine Development Foundation, formerly Ayala Foundation, said presidential deputy spokeswoman Abigail Valte.
