Bab Rizq Jameel (BRJ), a part of ALJ Community Initiatives, on Saturday renamed its “training ending with employment program” as the “Dr. Ghazi Al-Gosaibi Program”, in memory of the late labor minister who died last month. Mohammed Abdul Latif Jameel, Chief Job Creator in BRJ, said the renaming of the program is an expression of appreciation and tribute for the man who spared no effort to support BRJ activities. Dr. Al-Gosaibi, he said, participated in developing and spreading the initiatives and activities of BRJ throughout the Kingdom for the benefit of this country and its young men and women. He said that BRJ by the end of August 2010, had created 16,768 job opportunities through its “training ending with employment program”. Trainees who benefit from this program include those who are appointed in various sectors, either through training programs organized by BRJ or other institutes, such as the Saudi Japanese Automobile Institute (SJAHI), the Saudi Institute for Health Services or the Saudi Electronics Institutes, or through other training programs that end with employment and are organized by the Abdul Latif Jameel Group. Engineer Jameel expressed his appreciation to the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC), Saudi Credit and Saving Bank and branches of the Labor Office throughout the Kingdom for their unlimited support to BRJ. “All this support has resulted in helping us to achieve our aspired targets,” he said.
