The Overseas Filipino Workers Cooperative Council (OFWCC), an umbrella group of Filipino cooperatives in the Western Province, opened its 27th Computer Literacy Seminar starting yesterday. The seminar will be held for eight Fridays at the International Philippine School in Jeddah (IPSJ), Gharnata, from 8 A.N. to 4 P.M. “This short-course is intended for OFWs who work, office staff or others who want to equip themselves with the current software applications using the Windows-based programs,” OFWCC Chairman Bernie Gojo said in a statement. To be taught during the seminar are Windows 7 (Sep 24), MS Office 2007 (Word (Oct 1), Excel (Oct 8), Power Point (Oct 15) and Access (Oct 22), Photoshop CS3 (Nov 5) and Adobe Illustrator CS3 (Nov 12).
