Prince Naif Bin Abdul Aziz, Second Deputy Premier, Minister of Interior and head of the Kingdom's delegation to the seventh conference of the Interior Ministers of Iraq's Neighboring Countries, has signed a joint declaration with Kuwait to facilitate movement of citizens between the two countries. “This declaration delights every Kuwaiti and Saudi citizen,” Prince Naif said after the signing ceremony Wednesday in Manama, Bahrain. “It facilitates the movement of the citizens of the two countries without restrictions. We should work to introduce any necessary facility to serve citizens in the two countries.” The declaration addresses travel between the two countries for their citizens possessing identity cards. Prince Naif thanked Sheikh Jaber Al-Khaled Al-Sabah, the Kuwaiti Interior Minister, for signing the declaration and conveyed his congratulations to King Abdullah, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, Emir of Kuwait, and the two countries' people. Maj. Gen. Muhammad Salim Al-Blaihid, Director General of the Passports Department in the Kingdom, said the declaration shows the will of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) leaders to facilitate citizens traveling within the member states. ‘Iraq's stability must for region' Earlier at the conference, Prince Naif said Iraq's neighbors are doing their religious, moral and legal duty when they stand by the Iraqi people and help them regain their nation's stability.?
