Riyadh streets are all decked up for the Kingdom's 80th National Day on Thursday. The municipality in the capital has made elaborate arrangements to mark the day. – SPA RIYADH – The Emirs of different provinces have highlighted the significance of the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Kingdom. They also highlighted the Kingdom's continuing fast-pace progress in all sectors and lauded the Kingdom's security and stability. In statements to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Prince Mishari Bin Saud Bin Abdul Aziz, Emir of Baha Province, said King Abdullah, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, is the King of Humanity and the achievements of the King supported by the Crown Prince and the Second Deputy Premier will be recorded in history as they have been accomplished in a record time. On his part, Prince Mohammad Bin Nasser Bin Abdul Aziz, Emir of Jizan Province, congratulated the Saudi leadership and people on this occasion, praying to Allah Almighty for continuation of the blessings of security, safety and stability of the country. He noted that Jizan has witnessed many achievements in the fields of municipality, roads, agriculture, electricity, communications and education. Prince Faisal Bin Bandar Bin Abdul Aziz, Emir of Qassim Province, said that Saudi leaders have pursued the path of the country's founder late King Abdul Aziz and affirmed that the Kingdom has now acquired its rightful position among the advanced nations enjoying stability, progress and prosperity. Prince Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz Bin Musaed Al-Saud, Emir of Northern Border, said Saudi leaders have earnestly followed the path of the country's founder. Therefore, he said, the Kingdom has witnessed unparalleled achievements in all fields. Congratulating the Saudi leadership and people on the occasion of the National Day, Prince Faisal Bin Khaled Bin Abdul Aziz, Emir of Asir Province, said the Kingdom has now become an example of security, stability, progress and development which have been achieved in a record time in comparison with many other countries. On his part, Prince Fahd Bin Badr Bin Abdul Aziz, Emir of Jouf Province, described King Abdullah as the leader ensuring the present glory, progress and prosperity of the Kingdom who is ably supported by the Crown Prince and Second Deputy Premier. Prince Saud Bin Abdulmohsen Bin Abdul Aziz, Emir of Hail Province, commended the effective role of the Saudi leadership in the enhancement of world peace, the strengthening of principle of dialogue and support for Muslims around the world. Due to this, he said, the Kingdom has become one of the most influential countries in the world. It is all because of the wisdom and visionary insight of the Saudi leadership, he added. Prince Muhammad Bin Fahd Bin Abdul Aziz, Emir of the Eastern Province, said the fixed fundamentals including the belief in Allah Almighty, adherence to the Holy Qur'an and Prophet's Sunnah, justice and good treatment of others as well as the wisdom of the Saudi leadership have enabled the Kingdom to be a leader in the Arab and Islamic world, and one of the most influential powers at the international arena.
