Under the patronage of King Abdullah, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, the Second e-Government Conference is scheduled to be held at the Four Seasons hotel in Riyadh on Sept. 25-29, 2010. Etihad Etisalat (Mobily), Saudi Arabia's most innovative, fastest-growing mobile and broadband operator, will be sponsor and strategic partner of the conference. Mobily Eecutive Officer Engineer Khalid Bin Omar Al Kaf will present a working paper on global trends in electronic transactions on Sept. 28. Mobily had signed the sponsorship contract earlier this year. Abdulrahman Ghaleb, the company's chief business support officer kicked off a new trend by being the first ever to use an iPad to sign the contract, showcasing Mobily as a pioneer in modern technology, which is the core theme of the conference.
