Victoria crushes Wayamba

Peter Siddle took a Twenty20 career-best 4-29 and teammate David Hussey hit 47 not out as Victoria Bushrangers wrapped up an eight-wicket win over Wayamba Elevens in the Champions League Monday.
Siddle led the wicket-takers as Wayamba collapsed to 106 all out in the Group A match at SuperSport Park, losing its last eight wickets for 25 runs.
Hussey then hit four fours and two sixes in a 77-run partnership with Aaron Finch (38 not out) to take Victoria to 108-2 in only 13.2 overs.
Mahela Jayawardene made 51 for Wayamba and Jehan Mubarak added 44 but the other eight batsmen contributed five runs between them. Wayamba is eliminated from the tournament after three defeats.
