The Supreme Court has called on Muslims in the Kingdom to sight the crescent of the lunar month of Shawwal Wednesday evening. Whoever sees the Shawwal crescent with the naked eye or through a telescope, or binoculars or monocular to report to the nearest court or the region's governorate if there is no court in the area and register his testimony, the Supreme Court said in a statement. It called on capable crescent observers to join the committees formed in the provinces for this purpose.
