Secretary of Justice Jose Salazar shows reporters the slug bullet carried by Li Kwai Wah, a Hong Kong police officer, who was held at the international airport in Manila, Thursday, for carrying a bullet shell in his hand-carried baggage. The Philippine National Police-Aviation Security Group (PNP-ASG) spotted the bullet shell in Li's hand-carried baggage at the initial X-ray section area of the airport before boarding Cathay Pacific Airlines flight CX 900 bound for Hong Kong on Thursday. The Hong Kong forensic team was in Manila to conduct parallel investigations in connection with the killing of eight Hong Kong tourists during a botched bus hijacking rescue attempt last week.
