The definition of ‘success' means so many different things to different individuals…. these include goals and ambitions which are achievable. Success may be financial, emotional, psychological and/or intellectual, and indeed they all may be intertwined. There are flexible formulas which are oftentimes followed, but at no time do they exclude new ideas based on the current and changing world evolution. Success takes a look at the past, analyzes the present and checks out future options. ‘The sky is the limit' is the attitude that must be maintained by those seeking success. ‘Focus' is also critical at every turn of this quest. Beginning at an early age is desirable, but even more important is the ‘experience' that you accumulate along the way. Experience is invaluable and at once sets you apart and above others in terms of competition. You are exposed at an early age – which is a clear benefit. Be aware of where and how each penny/Halala is spent! That does not mean you have to be stingy. Spend, but in a positive direction, and also save! A slot for saving in the event of an opportunity that you might be able to take advantage of… There are differences in the actual measurement of success from one individual to another. In other words, there are many fields for one to excel in… u Success in Business (a broad range requiring specific skills. Construction, health and international development are but three… u Success in personal relationships, such as marriage, friendships and everyday life are only a few aspects of it….. u Success in personal life such as the maintaining of stability and a certain level of contentment….. u Success in society such as communication with others of different cultures and traditions and languages…… u Success in meeting, facing and dealing with the challenges of a life – flexibility providing the ability to lead a healthy, moral and constructive life from beginning to end…. Success in any given field is so illusive that there is no exact set of rules and guidelines to follow…. Follow the basics and make use of ‘luck' when you see it….. Once success has been achieved in whatever field or endeavor, it must be guarded as there are always those who wish to take away part of it or to take all of it out of jealousy and/or other motivations of the negative human spirit….. With success comes a high level of responsibility. Responsibility to keep it strong and growing… stay at the top of the mountain, with anyone's individual success comes the lives and perhaps fortunes of others that must be protected in self interest. Success, like anything else in life can suddenly be destroyed. Success must be guarded as you guard your health and well being... Success once achieved will not continue to function on its own. It needs constant attention. It needs constant awareness and more than anything else, it needs work! Work hard to protect what is yours. Don't let it slip away, stay in constant control! __
