People who had to leave their villages near the Saudi- Yemeni border during the action taken by the Saudi forces against infiltrators from across the border cannot return until the damage has been fully assessed, says Prince Muhammad Bin Nasser Bin Abdul Aziz, Emir of Jizan Region. Prince Muhammad, who addressed the issue Friday in Jizan Governorate at his reception of the sheikhs of Al-Harth, said although villagers cannot return to the area as quickly, they will benefit from having the damage fully documented. Prince Muhammad said special committees have been formed to assess the damages and these will start their work after Eid Al-Fitr. Prince Muhammad said it is in everyone's best interests to let people return to the area as soon as possible. He praised villagers for their patience and understanding. “After our dependence on Allah, we rely on the loyal and sincere citizens like you to protect this nation,” he said. “We value your loyalty to your nation and King Abdullah, Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques.”
