DAMAC strengthens presence in Kingdom
Published in The Saudi Gazette on 01 - 06 - 2008

DAMAC Properties, the largest private master developer and luxury lifestyle provider in the Middle East, is investing in a major expansion program to strengthen its presence in Saudi Arabia and is proving its commitment to the Kingdom by staffing its offices in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam with a sales force consisting mainly of Saudi nationals.
“Saudi Arabia is an integral component of our expansion strategy and to best represent our business activities in the Kingdom we are currently training and employing a Saudi sales force to handle international property sales, which include residential real estate developments in the UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Lebanon Egypt and Europe,” said Ziad El-Chaar, international general manager, DAMAC Properties. “
The first DAMAC project in Saudi Arabia is the Al-Jawharah residential tower located on the Jeddah Corniche just a few minutes drive from the Hilton Hotel. Units in this prestigious development are already being offered for sale to discerning Saudi homebuyers who appreciate the unparalleled standards of architectural detailing and interior design that are the hallmark of DAMAC properties everywhere.
To give prospective property buyers an opportunity to experience DAMAC quality for themselves, the company has opened a show flat in Tahlia Street, Jeddah, a must-see flagship project that combines superlative décor and furnishings with hi-tech equipment in a unique concept of modern living at its best.
“DAMAC properties are in a class of their own,” said El-Chaar.” They are designed to surpass international standards and exceed buyers' expectations at every level, from the initial architectural concept all the way through to the final touches of interior decoration that set new standards of perfection.”
With a real estate boom in full swing throughout the GCC, DAMAC is the market leader in the development of superior quality residential properties. Designed for the ultimate in luxuriousness, the company's masterpiece in Dubai, The Signature Series, features the most expensive apartments in the Middle East costing SR50 million each. This private world of select residences has just one apartment on each of floors 67 to 75 in “Ocean Heights” - the 82-storey award-winning project in Dubai Marina. __
