An African Arab national was arrested here Sunday for harassing a woman over the phone, and asking for her parents' names on the pretext of curing her sick children through sorcery. After receiving a complaint from the woman, the Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice, the Hai'a, here prepared a plan to capture the suspect. He was lured into coming to the woman's house and was arrested as he started “practicing sorcery”.
