Farsy, Minister of Haj, said Wednesday that his organization adheres to all rulings made by the judiciary authorities in the Kingdom and stressed that court judgments are final. Dr. Al-Farsy's remarks came during a trip to Makkah to visit the headquarters of the Pilgrims Mutawwifs from southeast Asia and Arab countries. He said the rate of pilgrims who stay in the country beyond their departure deadlines has significantly dropped, to 0.13 percent. He said 3.5 million Umrah visas, some of which were not used, were issued in 2009 and 2.6 million pilgrims arrived to perform Umrah and left the Kingdom. There are no plans to reduce the number of the Umrah pilgrims coming from abroad, said Dr. Al-Farsy, who added that the Ministry of Haj approves their numbers according to operational plans provided by Umrah companies. Trains connecting the holy sites will enter service in this year's Haj and operate at 33 percent of the system's eventual capacity, said Dr. Al
