With an average 4,000 people visiting Al-Baha's Raghdan Forest per day during the summer holidays, authorities at the popular tourist area have forbidden the entrance of single males and youths. “Only families are being allowed in, and security patrols have been stepped up at the main gates around the clock,” said Mayor of Al-Baha Muhammad Mujali. Raghdan Forest is a popular summer site for visitors from the region and elsewhere and is equipped with a range of recreation facilities for adults and children.
