Sunday noon's heavy downpour flooded many Metro Manila's streets and snarled traffic, said the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA). Susette Castillo of the MMDA's traffic monitoring desk said some areas became inaccessible by bus and other vehicles at 2 P.M. Some of these areas are EDSA-Aurora tunnel in Quezon City, EDSA-Arayat and Farmer's Plaza areas in Quezon City, EDSA-Taft intersection in Manila, East Service Road in FTI area in Taguig City, Baclaran area in Para?aque City, EDSA-Connecticut area in San Juan City.
